Yeah I have ...I saw it three times in the theater. Yeah I have a slight problem. ;) I loved it. We went to the midnight showing and by the end I was getting annoyed with all the squeals. The second with a slightly lesser crowd was much better. The 3rd it was much less crowded and I missed a little of the audience interaction. So I think I'm safely a happy medium. But I'm counting down to Eclipse June 30th. ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-22556707917308070422009-12-04T07:59:58.885-08:002009-12-04T07:59:58.885-08:00The first time I watched it I went to an exclusive...The first time I watched it I went to an exclusive "event" and most of the adoring fans were NOT teenagers but there was plenty of cheering and hooting... but in all the right places. I loved it. One of the biggest problems I have with the movies IS THE TEENAGERS. They have no clue the depth of a real (eternal, if you will) love. It was great the first time. Then 2 days later I went with my husband and it was a later show with assigned seating (no lines!) with a handful of others who were out on dates or seeing it for the 2nd time... it was still great.Aliciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14817226829470998950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-55319044880501961252009-12-03T20:48:17.809-08:002009-12-03T20:48:17.809-08:00i leaned over and told my friend during the movie ...i leaned over and told my friend during the movie that even though high school was fun you couldn't pay me to go back...well, maybe for one day just so i could go back as sean as my boyfriend and enjoy those raging teenage immature feelings and hormones of crazy teenage love!Emhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11555733621307512935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-61262407850006145332009-12-03T17:28:50.920-08:002009-12-03T17:28:50.920-08:00This cracks me up! I need to know before I think about going ... I'm not impressed with the guy who plays Jacob and I know he is in this movie more than Mr. Cullen. I found myself laughing at the people and not so much the movie. :) It was pretty funny to hear the girls' reactions. And then I went again later with some girl friends and the theater was empty like yours and you're right it wasn't quite the same. Though I did pick up on some things the second time since I didn't have Miyah to worry about.

I agree with Rachel too though that I like books better. But it was fun to get out of the house!Stormiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02690219905746957211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-68828578118284643032009-12-03T12:50:19.224-08:002009-12-03T12:50:19.224-08:00I thought the movie was fun. Of course, then it would be ten hours long! :) Still, I thought is was pretty good!Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10018115764898437563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-11695749769570830902009-12-03T12:29:14.916-08:002009-12-03T12:29:14.916-08:00And I still have never seen Twilight. I am still just waiting for one of my girl friends to bring it over to watch it. But I do have to admit, there are certainly some aspects of fun that teenagers have mastered that we lose somewhere in the growing responsible part of growing up.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15064824229039891726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-14122440605943135552009-12-03T12:28:46.990-08:002009-12-03T12:28:46.990-08:00There is a certain liberty to being a teen. I went to a MONKEES' convention where I met a good friend of mine, and on the second night they showed their movie and it was like The Rocky Horror Picture Show(never have seen this btw) but all of us were shouting the lines, squealing, etc. It was a blast. Watching it again at home it didn't have that feel.Louriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05477223472789865063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-46613491140228497582009-12-03T12:03:21.511-08:002009-12-03T12:03:21.511-08:00I liked it better the 2nd time because I was prepa...I liked it better the 2nd time because I was prepared for the weird things like bella and edward running through the woods in white, and bella and edward floating like they were dead in the water. I went with 5 30-40 yr olds with 1 teen. It was fun to hear the few screams from the theater but I also enjoyed actually being able to hear the movie unlike when I saw twilight last year on opening day.

thanks for telling me about the comment problem on my kitchen blog. it is now fixed.Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17149527109582882709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-11085441406191538132009-12-03T10:08:09.903-08:002009-12-03T10:08:09.903-08:00My pre-teen daughter was my excuse to go and it wa...My pre-teen daughter was my excuse to go and it was kind of fun to watch the teenagers in a anthropological study kind of way.

It all seem like another world to me now that I'm all grown up. The hubby took me, because "I wanted to see it so bad", which means he wanted to see it, too, lol...and we were actually right in the majority. It was a very empty theater, like you said maybe 15 people total, and almost all of it was 20-40 year old husband-wife pairs. No squealing teen girls, no random outburts of, "Like OMG!". It was quiet...besides me and my hubby whispering to each other through the whole thing...but I think I enjoyed it more that way :)Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04044605316121029114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1434047468114822475.post-87025352532877785462009-12-03T09:11:43.193-08:002009-12-03T09:11:43.193-08:00I don't know what it is, but I don't have ...I don't know what it is, but I don't have a bone in my body that can get into this Twilight stuff. But I have always wanted to go to a Star Trek convention just to see all the crazy people dress up in costumes and believe that these things exist. I think the energy from those true believers would be exciting. I think that I would go see New Moon for the same reason. As Told By Mollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12635669104758707350noreply@blogger.com
