Trust

February 2005: As a child you rely on your parents for everything: food, clothing, shelter, love, someone to make sure you have a clean butt.

And sometimes.. well sometimes you just have to trust those parents... even if they are feeding you rice cereal for the first time and you have no idea what is going on. I can't believe that I will be doing this again soon! Time does go so fast.
Inspired by writing prompt from Mama Kat

  1. Wow - rice cereal again!!! It's going to be here for you before you know it! That seems like a million years ago for me. I like your take on trust.

  2. LOL I love the big poped out eyes. Super cute. I remember feeding my son real food for the first time. He gobbled it up like he hadn't been fed in days. LOL

  10. That picture is fabulous, I think we all remember that moment when they first had something other than milk.

I thought I was already following you, went to find you in my dashboard, and not... problem is now solved.

I just wanted to say, finally, that I'm pregnant too. I'm excited to be right behind you in due dates, this will be fun!

  12. Rice cereal, spit up, drool, diaper blow outs....oh wait I am supposed to make this sound good. *ahem* First smiles, tiny toes to nibble, tiny fingers to wrap around yours, coos, giggles, simple pleasures, cuddles. The pay off is sweet.

  13. It's funny they seem to keep on trusting you even later in life at least that's how it has been for me.
