This is a weird month with how the days fall, and so even though there is almost a week left in the month it is the last Tuesday so it is time for 10 Things to Smile About This Month.  The linky will be open for a couple of weeks, so please come and join in the fun!

1. Fun weekend road trip to Big Bear - a little trailer I made about our trip

2.  Great friends who step in with play dates for Ryder, food for me and other help when I am sick

3.  Playing games with the family

4. Not only surviving volunteering in my kids class but surviving a 1st grade field trip!

5. A successful trip to Knotts (the aftermath)- I just had to share the following picture as it drives Janette crazy- she worries for my kids necks :)

6. Big Huge Pictures of my kids!

7. Cooler weather and fall (well as fallish as SoCal gets)

8.  Ryder did great the first night in his big boy bed! (Though it makes me kind of sad that my baby is growing up)

  1. I love how Alex always has a pose, I feel like I know her personality just by looking at photos of her! And E's neck does that even with the headrest cushion in her car seat!

  2. I have never understood how kids can sleep that way and not totally screw up their necks! My kids do the same thing.

    I love the new iOS...can't get the new iPhone anytime soon, but at least I kinda feel like I have a new phone ;)

    1. Yes my neck always hurts just looking at them like that. I now do have the new iPhone and while I love it- the new iOS made it feel more like a new phone than the actual phone.

  4. Yay for field trips and I love the big prints! Have you ever done the 'engineering print'? I've read about it....never tried.

  5. Oooh love the big huge pictures of your kids! I need something new on the wall over my couch, I might do just that with pictures of my nieces and nephew! Great list of reasons to smile this month :)

  13. your sweet babies necks. hah... I think it is a great marketing pitch for working with someone to get some pillows. I am only teasin' ya.. my kids don't nap much so I am mostly jealous. Alex takes the cutest pics!
