Family Night

We spent our family night amongst the roses.

The kids were just a little excited...
I had my camera and flowers
I was in heaven
Tender moments with Daddy
It was a wonderful night

Being with family,
being amongst some of God's beautiful creations
Can't get much better than this.

  1. Emily, your kids are just about the cutest things ever. I never get sick of seeing pictures of them! Love the flower pictures!

  2. Enjoy time like this now. I was looking at the pictures and thinking, we haven't done anything like this in a while and we used to, why not?

Then it hit me, with school, sports and scouts, it takes up a lot of time so we don't have as much time to go to the arboritum and things like that as we used to. We still do on occasion, but it is less often. Like our most recent Zoo trip, had to do it during Spring Break, that was just last week.

  5. Thanks everyone!

Lourie-the real horse wasn't there today, must have been in it's stable.

Aaron-Mom told me that you are coaching both girls soccer teams! You are going to be busy.

  6. Coaching the two teams doens't make me any busier than last year. Last year I coached 1 team, but was at practices for 3 of the 4 kids anyway because someone has to be there and I let Shelley stay home unless practices overlap in which case I am at one and she is at the other.

We try and go to every game so we are both there all the time, if possible. Coaching just means I am running the practice instead of watching and telling the teams what to do. So, having 4 in soccer is the major commitment with coaching teams being only minimal increase in time.

I digress, oh, and I am coaching the twins teams, Nathan and Lauren's, not the girls two teams. Minor point. The twins same age, but boys and girls have seperate teams, so 2 teams! It will be fun.
