My Life According to Brooks and Dunn

All right so I have been tagged by Jody at Confession of a New Mommy. I usually don't do these things, but well my mind is in a bit of a jumble right now and I am working on something special for Lucas so this seemed like an easy post to do.

Plus, for anyone that knew me as a teenager my choice of group is probably leaving people scratching their heads as I used to HATE country music. I was the one who wrote "No Country" on one of the wheeled chalk boards and pushed it around during church dances when they played country songs.

But well, you grow up. You get married to someone who loves country... and something happens. So with no further adieu, here are the rules.

THE RULES: Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer these questions. Try not to repeat a song title. It's a lot harder than you think! Repost as "my life according to (band name)"

Pick your Artist:
Brooks and Dunn

Describe yourself:
She's the Kind of Trouble

How do you feel:
Proud of the House we Built

Describe where you currently live:
Only in America

If you could go anywhere, where would you go:
South of Santa Fe

Your favorite form of transportation:
Hurt Train

Your best friend:
Hard workin' Man

You and your best friend are:
Husbands and Wives

What's the weather like:
Days of Thunder

Favorite time of day:
Just Another Neon Night

If your life was a TV show, what would it be called:
Good Girls go to Heaven

What is life to you:
Believer

Your relationship:
Drunk on Love

Your fear:
My next broken heart

What is the best advice you have to give:
Don't look back now

Thought for the Day:
God Must be Busy

How I would like to die:
You're going to miss me when I'm gone

My soul's present condition:
Good Day to Be Me

My motto:
Mama Don't get Dressed up for Nothing

I think this just goes to prove there is a country song for everything!

I tag: Rachel--(The Rachel Way), Lourie (CA Girl), Erin (If you Give a Mom a moment) and Karen (The Wet Donkey)... and anyone else who wants to play too!!

  1. What a stinker you were!!! Hahaha. Country music is not what it used to be. Garth Brooks changed that. Brooks and Dunn are awesome. I didn't like country music either. But now it's been my music of choice for many years now.
