Monday Mugs: Umbrellas

It's Monday, which often means it is time for an easy post, as let's face it, who wants to think on Mondays?

So Monday Mugs is the perfect solution for an easy post.
This week, the theme is umbrellas. And well, some of you may remember my Singing in the Rain post way back in January... but many of you are new to my blog since then and these will always be some of my favorite pictures. So, for your enjoyment here are some great umbrella pictures again. They have my old photography watermark. I have updated it since then, but hey it's Monday so I am not taking the time to fix that.

I was able to capture all of these great shots when Alex asked if she could play in the rain, I fought my initial reaction to say no, and instead said yes. It is good to say yes.

  6. Your photography is beautiful! I found your blog through Baby Makin(g) Machine and as I sat and read the story of your youngest son's premature birth I couldn't help but cry. Blame it on the pregnancy hormones, but it just really touched my heart to see how beautiful he was (and IS) at 32 weeks. I'm currently 33w6d pregnant with my first child (a girl), and it really moved me to see how well your son is doing and gave me hope that if my daughter were to be born prematurely (which is one of my biggest fears) that she could be okay.

Thank you SO much for posting your story!!

  13. Isn't that impulse to say no just weird? We remember when our parents did it to us. We hated it. We vowed we would never be like that and yet sometimes we are. It is so good to say yes. that is when the memories are made, and the fun is had. I need to remember that more often. And those photos say it all. Perfect!
