New Year's Kids Interview Questions

Happy New year!!  Last year I asked my kids a set of questions and while doing the Review Extravaganza I stumbled upon them and so was able to ask my kids again this year.
New Years

At the end I will include just the questions that you can copy easily to ask your own kids if you would like.

I am putting this year's answers first in red and last years answers in blue, as I think it is always fun to compare.

When I asked Lucas if I could ask him some New Years questions, he asked "Do you win a prize or something?  Sorry kiddo, just something to indulge your mother.

If you could change your name what would you change it to:  "I wouldn’t change it"  "dunno- I like  my name"
What is something mommy says:  “I don’t know, I’m not you.”  "uh- blah. No, no- go to the bathroom. Not really go to your room- that's not a good one.  I love you too"

Legos are still a huge thing for Lucas. The level of books he likes to read totally changed this year, all thanks to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it was the first book that made him a "reader"  It breaks my heart a little that his best friend moved away, as while he is a friend to everyone he doesn't really make close friends easily.

Alex seems to have gotten a little more far out in her goals and things she would do with money this year... though her name idea is world's better than last year.  I don't think she will have to worry too much about a couple of her new fears as there aren't too many lions and tigers just wandering around.

Ryder still doesn't have much more sense when it comes to money, and grew just like his siblings about 3 inches, no wonder why I am always needing new clothes for the kids!
